This Privacy Policy applies to sceneswap.app, SceneSwap video-generation features, connected account and billing services, and support interactions. Third-party services such as sign-in, payment, hosting, AI processing, analytics, and advertising providers may have their own privacy policies.
Uploaded media, prompts, and generated videos
When you submit an image, prompt, or generation request, SceneSwap processes that content to provide the requested AI video scene. Your request may be sent to configured AI infrastructure and service providers needed to complete generation.
Authenticated generation history and result records may be stored so you can revisit or manage your work. Do not submit personal, confidential, or copyrighted material unless you have permission.
Account and sign-in information
When you sign in, we may process the identity information you authorize, such as an account identifier, name, email address, profile image, authentication tokens, and sign-in timestamps. We use it to authenticate you, associate usage or purchases with your account, prevent abuse, and provide account features.
Usage, payments, and orders
Our services may process your account ID, plan or entitlement status, usage counts, timestamps, and security events to provide the service and enforce limits.
When you purchase a plan, we and the payment provider may process your account identifier, email address, selected plan, currency, amount, tax information, transaction reference, payment status, and renewal dates. Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.
Website, device, and diagnostic information
We and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or local-storage identifiers, response status, and security or diagnostic logs. Children, international processing, and changes
